Finance Transformation Lead Americas

Drive finance transformation, process consistency, and expense control across the Americas while leading teams in New York, Metropark, and Montreal.
As Head of Planning and Management Control, you will establish effective policies, procedures, workflows, and reporting support across multiple locations. You will lead nine professionals, improve operational organization, and coordinate financial activities with internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include forecasting, closing entries, recharges, allocations, and management reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead departmental transformation and process improvements
Establish consistent policies across multiple locations
Oversee Financing closing entries and bonus accruals
Prepare CUSO recharges and semi-annual billing
Improve reporting tools, workflows, and efficiency
Requirements:
10-15 years of relevant finance experience
Experience managing geographically distributed teams
Financial systems and reporting tools experience
Strong delegation and stakeholder collaboration skills
Ability to make sound independent decisions
Combine finance leadership, process improvement, and operational control to organize reporting activities across the Americas region.
