Global Supplier Partnerships Leader

Lead CarltonOne’s global supplier partnerships, combining executive relationship management with pricing and commercial optimization expertise.
As Vice President, Global Procurement, you will serve as the senior relationship owner for strategic suppliers and partners. You will lead complex negotiations, evaluate pricing models, and develop partnerships that strengthen CarltonOne’s global reward offering. The role also advises executives across Finance, Sales, Product, and other functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain executive relationships with global strategic suppliers
Secure favorable commercial terms and partnership agreements
Develop CarltonOne’s global pricing strategy
Advise executives on supplier markets and commercial risks
Support partnerships, acquisitions, and market expansion initiatives
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive leadership in global procurement or commercial roles
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, finance, commerce, or related field
Extensive high-value supplier negotiation experience
Demonstrated ability to lead teams across multiple regions
Executive presence, relationship-building, and change leadership capabilities
Use supplier partnerships, pricing strategy, and executive influence to advance CarltonOne’s global commercial performance.
