Transform AI-assisted software delivery as CXT Software’s VP of Engineering, owning quality, architecture, and SaaS operations globally. The engagement is fully remote.
This senior engineering leadership role reports to the CTO and shapes how teams build and run software in the AI era. You will guide directors, architects, and multiple product organizations through measurable adoption. The environment includes .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, SQL, MAUI, and Azure PaaS.
Key Responsibilities:

Coach leaders and senior engineers through AI adoption
Set standards for AI-generated code and legacy modernization
Verify adoption through real behavior rather than dashboards
Establish baselines, success metrics, and experiment decisions
Raise roadmap trade-offs early with Product and Customer Success
Requirements:

Led multi-team engineering organizations through managers
Built and operated B2B SaaS products in production
Used AI coding assistants and agents in production work
Experience with Kanban, CI/CD, testing, and release management
Ability to read code and review architecture
Shape evidence-based AI adoption through engineering leadership, architectural standards, experimentation, and dependable SaaS delivery at CXT Software.
