This permanent Chief Financial Officer partners closely with ownership in a growing real estate development business. The position leads forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, and investment analysis. It also combines strategic advice with hands-on accounting operations and team development.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise ownership on acquisitions, investments, and capital allocation
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Maintain project pro formas, investment models, and business cases
Build finance and accounting teams, processes, and controls
Provide timely reporting, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:

Progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in real estate development
Experience supporting acquisitions, investment analysis, and strategic decisions
Strong financial modelling and pro forma development capabilities
Experience leading finance transformation or system implementation initiatives
CPA designation preferred
Lead Burlington real estate finance with strategic insight, detailed modelling, team development, and hands-on accounting leadership.
