Enterprise Delivery Transformation Leader

Transform enterprise onboarding at Deliverect through AI-driven automation, scalable frameworks, and cross-functional leadership across the Americas.
As Head of Customer Delivery, you will empower regional implementation teams to deliver consistent outcomes at scale. Your work spans complex integrations, partner resolution, executive escalations, and collaboration with Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Partnerships. This full-time role is hybrid, with three office days and two home days.
Key Responsibilities:
Refine Mid-Market and Enterprise onboarding frameworks
Introduce AI automation to reduce manual delivery work
Mobilize teams without direct line authority
Unblock POS, payment, and logistics integrations
Provide executive visibility into regional risks
Requirements:
Degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience
Technical fluency across APIs and multi-party environments
Cross-functional leadership and persuasion skills
Spanish fluency preferred for LATAM engagements
Consulting or SaaS delivery scaling background preferred
