Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and train employees for customer service excellence
• Support the execution of marketing and merchandising tactics
• Ensure accurate cash management and fuel transaction handling
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment
• Promote a culture of team productivity and cooperation
Requirements:
• Retail Management experience of at least one year preferred
• High School diploma or GED is a plus
• Valid driver’s license with insurance is a must
• Excellent interpersonal and computer skills required
• Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
