Interim Chief Information Officer

Lead strategic IT transformation with xNorth as an Interim Chief Information Officer supporting clients through complex change, growth, or crisis.
xNorth seeks experienced Interim CIOs for its roster of executive leaders. You will assess complex situations, deliver immediate IT improvements, and manage critical technology initiatives. The work requires strategic, analytical, and communication skills across restructuring, modernization, cybersecurity, and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT restructuring, turnarounds, and performance improvement initiatives
Develop rapid strategies for infrastructure and cybersecurity modernization
Oversee technology integration with minimal operational disruption
Manage IT aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
Align strategic IT priorities with senior leadership
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years executive-level Information Technology experience
CIO or equivalent leadership experience required
Proven success leading significant organizational change
Strong strategic, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
Bring executive IT leadership, change management, and technology strategy to critical client initiatives through xNorth’s interim roster.
