This Director of AI Delivery will lead Maestro deployments through Nesto Cloud for bank and financial institution clients. You will manage client relationships, coordinate delivery and technical colleagues, and guide evidence through evaluation, model governance, shadow, and change management. Success requires client-facing delivery experience, AI implementation expertise, and comfort translating model results for risk committees.
Key Responsibilities:

Run Maestro delivery programs across underwriting agents
Guide requirements gathering and keep implementations moving
Review agent performance evidence and direct build priorities
Lead client model-risk relationships and validation packages
Adjudicate shadow divergences and report monthly value foregone
Requirements:

Background as an engagement, Delivery, or Implementation Director
Experience leading senior delivery teams at client sites
Hands-on enterprise AI delivery through production environments
Knowledge of ML/AI evaluation and precision-recall trade-offs
Ability to translate evidence for risk committee decisions
Apply enterprise AI delivery expertise to regulated lending implementations, model-risk validation, and progressive production decisioning.
