Key Responsibilities:
• Read and interpret manufacturing specifications and procedures
• Assemble components via crimping, soldering, and wiring
• Conduct tests with Digital Multimeters for fixture verification
• Complete required documentation before delivery
• Record deviations and engage in process improvements
Requirements:
• 3+ years of electrical assembly experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to interpret electronic blueprints
• Strong commitment to quality and safety
• Good interpersonal skills in team environments
