Lead enterprise engineering platforms and standards at lululemon in a hybrid Technology Foundations role, with onsite collaboration at least four days weekly.
As Director of Enterprise Engineering, Practices and Platforms, you will align engineering direction across Digital, Retail, Infrastructure, Product, and Supply Chain. You will shape strategy, developer platforms, engineering insights, and secure, reliable delivery. Your scope includes CICD, Observability, internal developer platforms, and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Technology Practices across the enterprise
Establish standards, maturity guidelines, and resources
Build productivity dashboards and engineering metrics
Operate CICD, Observability, and developer platforms
Guide Principal Engineering leadership and coach teams
Requirements:

10+ years of related engineering experience
Experience managing practices in 1k+ person organizations
5+ years in senior leadership or relevant management
Experience with Agile, DevOps, and architecture communities
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Shape lululemon’s engineering direction through enterprise platforms, standards, metrics, and inclusive technology leadership.
