Become a Training & Enablement Specialist at Info-Tech Research Group, focusing on developing sales team competencies through onboarding and resource creation. This role engages in training, project management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
As part of the Sales Enablement team, you’ll take charge of the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive the support and knowledge needed for success. Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to design impactful training materials and fuel sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the onboarding process for new sales hires
• Coordinate logistics for onboarding and training activities
• Provide constructive feedback and help to new hires
• Develop content and tools to enhance sales enablement
• Help implement quarterly initiatives related to sales training
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3+ years’ experience in sales and training
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and enablement
• Proficient in instructional design and content development
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
