Shape the future of NADF's communications as the Lead Marketing and Communications Specialist in Fort William First Nation, Ontario. This full-time role involves strategic planning and stakeholder engagement.
In this vital position, you will develop, coordinate, and implement marketing and communications initiatives supporting NADF's organizational objectives. Your expertise in project management and strong communication skills will be critical in collaborating with diverse teams and stakeholders. This role emphasizes a proactive approach to planning and executing marketing campaigns and corporate events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and suggest improvements for marketing materials
• Organize and prioritize marketing projects collaboratively
• Design communication strategies for various key stakeholders
• Plan and facilitate effective marketing promotions
• Coordinate all logistics for corporate events and activities
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma in Marketing or a similar field
• Degree in Business Administration preferred
• Experience of 3-5 years in marketing or project coordination
• Asset: experience supporting leadership roles
• Asset: background in Indigenous non-profit organizations
