This high-trust leadership role oversees people, budgets, capital projects, vendors, and infrastructure across multiple locations. You will partner with leadership while supporting properties, business interests, and strategic expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across properties, locations, and functions
Oversee budgets, reporting, cost controls, and expenditures
Manage capital projects through schedule, budget, and quality standards
Develop policies, systems, workflows, and governance practices
Support acquisitions, expansion, and complex strategic projects
Requirements:
Significant senior leadership experience in complex organizations
Operational, administrative, and people-management experience
Success managing budgets, costs, and capital projects
Experience developing scalable systems and governance structures
Exceptional communication, judgment, discretion, and relationship management
