As a Service Advisor, you will utilize your organizational skills and customer service expertise to manage the service process from beginning to end. Engage with customers to assess their vehicle needs and maintain clear communication regarding service updates. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify vehicle service needs through customer interactions
• Review and explain warranty coverage clearly
• Create accurate service estimates for repairs
• Document repair orders in the database
• Keep customers informed about vehicle progress
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service skills required
• 1-2 years' experience in any customer-oriented role
• Automotive knowledge is beneficial
• Must hold a valid G Driver's License
• Flexibility to work on weekends is necessary
