Modernise finance operations in Burlington while leading reporting, systems, controls, and strategic planning for a growing real estate organisation.
The Chief Financial Officer will balance boardroom-level advisory work with tactical accounting operations and team leadership. You will oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow, reporting, and recommendations. The role also advances finance transformation through system implementations, replacements, and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive finance process improvements and system implementation initiatives
Establish scalable accounting processes and organisational controls
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance and accounting team
Maintain hands-on accounting operations alongside strategic leadership
Report financial insights to ownership and key stakeholders
Requirements:
Progressive finance leadership experience with private ownership exposure
Proven success delivering finance transformation or ERP initiatives
Strong financial modelling and business case development skills
Experience leading teams during growth and organisational change
Ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities
