As a senior member of the Legal team, you'll report directly to the Global General Counsel at BlueCat. Your role will encompass a broad range of responsibilities, including managing technology transactions, compliance initiatives, and M&A support across our worldwide operations. This position requires adept negotiation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end technology transactions for the company
• Drive initiatives on compliance and data privacy
• Oversee due diligence during M&A processes
• Advise on open source and data protection issues
• Manage global legal entities effectively
Requirements:
• Active member of the Law Society of Ontario
• Minimum of 7 years in a corporate legal environment
• Proficiency in drafting technology agreements
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Experience in data protection agreements
