Lead post-sale technical delivery for Databricks customers across Canada, combining data architecture, programming, and customer stakeholder leadership. This hybrid role spans Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, and Montreal.
As a Delivery Solutions Architect, you will guide complex customers after technical wins and accelerate Databricks workloads into production. You will collaborate with sales, field engineering, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and specialized internal teams. Your work will connect technical account strategy, adoption, governance, and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical account strategies across prioritized Databricks use cases
Drive onboarding, enablement, go-live, and healthy workload consumption
Coordinate teams supporting adoption, optimization, and executive governance
Resolve production questions and complex technical escalations
Report customer health, risks, usage, and progression internally
Requirements:

Seven-plus years delivering technical Data and AI programs
Programming experience with Python, SQL, or Scala
Customer-facing architecture, consulting, success, or pre-sales experience
Understanding of distributed data systems and solution architecture
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Apply technical credibility, stakeholder management, and data architecture expertise to expand Databricks adoption across complex Canadian accounts.
