This position offers the chance to work in a supportive environment focused on enriching children's lives. As a Program Area Leader, you’ll plan activities, lead a team of Activity Leaders, and ensure that programs run smoothly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement recreational and educational plans
• Collaborate in delivering high-quality programs
• Ensure all operational standards and guidelines are met
• Create promotional materials and represent the program publicly
• Maintain accurate records and provide reports

Requirements:
• Certificate or diploma relevant to recreation or education
• One year of related experience working with youth
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License and plan to obtain Class 4
• First Aid Certification and Food Safe necessary
• Must complete a Criminal Record Check
