Enterprise AI Transformation Director

Transform AI delivery across Cenovus by leading enterprise prioritization, capacity management, and value characterization from the Calgary-headquartered energy company.
Reporting to Business Transformation leadership, this Director turns enterprise priorities into an AI program delivering measurable business value. You will oversee intake, prioritization, capacity allocation, delivery, and executive reporting while partnering with D&IT and enabling functions. The work spans complex decisions, sustained adoption, and responsible AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate enterprise priorities into an AI program
Oversee intake, prioritization, capacity allocation, and delivery
Characterize value from business AI initiatives
Partner with D&IT on operating practices and standards
Lead trade-offs across value, risk, and governance
Requirements:
Minimum twenty years of industry experience
Minimum ten years of progressive leadership experience
Minimum five years at technology-business intersection
Strong portfolio and program management capability
Strong business and financial acumen focused on measurable outcomes
