Financial Due Diligence Director

Lead financial due diligence at Leo Berwick, analyzing complex transactions and translating financial data into actionable client advice remotely.
As Director, you will help grow the Energy, Infrastructure and Renewables Financial Due Diligence practice. You will advise corporate and financial investors across buy-side and sell-side engagements. Your work will uncover deal insights, challenge assumptions, and support confident investment decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage due diligence engagements for acquisitions and divestitures
Analyze business plans, public information, and historical financials
Identify and report key transaction risks to clients
Deliver diligence reports, presentations, and deal implications
Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members
Requirements:
Five or more years of Financial Due Diligence experience
Two to three Senior Manager years within Big Four preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
Strong FDD, financial analysis, and project management expertise
Remote independence and occasional Canada or U.S. travel
