Vice President Supply Chain Operations

Lead supply chain operations and commercial results as DHL Supply Chain’s Vice President Operations across broad customer geographies. Drive strategy, growth, and operational excellence.
As Vice President Operations, you will serve on the executive leadership group setting business vision, strategy, and agenda. You will translate organizational strategies for operations teams while developing regional customer account strategies. The work includes new business pursuits, deal architecture, negotiations, contract adherence, and BCA execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive commercial results and operational excellence across assigned areas
Develop pipeline strategy supporting the organization’s growth agenda
Participate in new business pursuits and deal architecture
Develop regional strategies for customer accounts
Provide safe, productive, results-driven operating environments
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
At least 10 years of management experience required
At least seven years of distribution experience required
Third-party logistics experience preferred
Experience leading diverse customers, vendors, managers, and associates
Bring executive leadership, distribution expertise, and commercial judgment to DHL Supply Chain’s operations and customer growth agenda.
