ServiceMaster Clean is seeking an Operations & Quality Lead in Canada to oversee daily delivery of commercial janitorial services. You will conduct inspections, document deficiencies, and drive corrective actions to meet scope and standards across client sites.
You will lead field operations, coach cleaning staff, assist with onboarding, scheduling, and coverage, and collaborate with the Manager to resolve issues. Travel between locations is expected, with a competitive hourly rate.
