Navion Senior Solutions
Direct field operations for Navion Senior Living communities, combining regional leadership, occupancy growth, and compliance expertise. Weekly travel spans assigned communities.
As Vice President of Field Operations, you will lead operations across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care. The position focuses on North Carolina, South Carolina, and additional Southeast markets. You will guide Regional Directors and Operations Specialists while supporting financial, quality, and team member goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive operational excellence across an assigned community portfolio
Develop Regional Directors and Operations Specialists
Advance occupancy, revenue, and financial performance
Strengthen quality, regulatory compliance, and resident experiences
Support talent, retention, and team engagement priorities
Requirements:
Ten-plus years leading progressive senior living operations
Experience overseeing multiple states or regional divisions
Prior Executive Director or licensed administrator experience
Strong budget, P&L, labor, and capital planning knowledge
Valid driver's license and frequent overnight travel availability
Use field operations leadership, financial discipline, and occupancy expertise to guide Navion communities throughout North Carolina and South Carolina.
