HR Advisor for Talent and Culture

Join Durham Community Health Centre as an HR Advisor focused on Talent and Culture. In this hybrid position, you will be essential in fostering employee engagement and implementing HR strategies.
As an integral part of the team, you will advise on all HR matters while supporting managers in employee relations, health and safety, and performance management. Your experience in HR and positive relationship-building will help create an inclusive organizational environment that values diversity and collaboration. Your contribution to talent initiatives will enhance overall employee productivity and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coach managers on performance and attendance management
• Interpret HR policies and collective agreements
• Support employee relations and workplace incident handling
• Help develop inclusive HR programs and policies
• Oversee health and safety program administration
Requirements:
• Five years of HR experience in a relevant field
• Degree in Human Resources or Business
• Preferred CHRP designation
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Proficient with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Office
