Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to improve quality of care
• Identify training needs and develop educational materials
• Provide guidance on planning and monitoring initiatives
• Coach teams on key performance indicators
• Analyze data for safety and risk management strategies
Requirements:
• Master's Degree in a health care-related field
• Minimum five years of healthcare leadership experience
• Two years specific to patient safety and quality improvement
• In-depth understanding of accreditation and quality methods
• Strong facilities in using improvement tools
