In this role, you'll oversee the training and change management aspects of assigned client projects, ensuring all deliverables align with Electric Mind's high standards. Engage in proactive advisory, SOW reviews, and resource management, working with project leadership and the People team. You will also create reusable training assets that deliver real value while managing project timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise project leadership on training and change needs
• Develop and maintain relevant, high-quality training materials
• Schedule and manage training sessions with Electric Mind trainers
• Interface with the client’s change management organization
• Document and promote feedback for continuous training improvement
Requirements:
• Strong background in change management and training
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Skilled in creating clear documentation and training materials
• Familiarity with AI tools essential for training execution
• Ability to deliver results within project scope
