Therapy with Empathy is a bilingual (English/French) private psychotherapy practice in Westboro, Ottawa. We are growing our team and looking for a skilled, values-aligned Registered Psychotherapist (RP), Registered Social Worker (RSW/MSW), or Psychologist to join us.
You focus on your clients while we handle all administrative tasks.
What We Offer
A steady stream of client referrals backed by strong, active marketing efforts to help you build and grow your caseload quickly.
Access to a wide range of psychotherapy tools/resources to support your clients.
Administrative support includes scheduling, intake, and client communication.
Flexibility to set your own schedule across available in-person, virtual, evening, and weekend shifts.
Ability to maintain your own private practice or work with other clinics while working with us at TWE.
Hands-on leadership that listens, adapts and follows through on what you communicate at our regular check-ins.
What You Will Do
Provide exceptional therapy services to individuals and couples within your scope of practice.
Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time (intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) using Jane App, in accordance with CRPO standards.
Pay Rate : Starts at $114.00 per hour.
Revenue Split : We offer a 60/40 split for unsupervised, independent clinicians at the RP/RSW/Psychologist level.
What We Are Looking For
Licensed Therapist: Must be a Registered Psychotherapist (RP - Independent Practice preferred), Registered Social Worker (RSW), or Registered Psychologist in good standing with your respective Ontario College.
Clinical Expertise: Proven experience providing therapy to individuals. Experience with couples counseling using evidence-based modalities, such as the Gottman Method or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), is highly preferred.
Compassion & Empathy: A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centred care.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
Bilingualism in English and French - a strong asset.
Valid professional liability insurance (minimum $1M)
