As part of the team reporting to the Director of Financial Performance and Systems, you will drive key accounting responsibilities, including management report generation and cost optimization initiatives. Your expertise will ensure compliance with Canadian accounting standards while supporting external audits and resolving discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Explain variances in detailed financial results
• Develop management reports for decision-making purposes
• Collaborate across departments for process improvements
• Implement cost accounting methodologies aligned with best practices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with Accounting focus
• 5 to 7 years of similar experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power BI
• Bilingual in French and English
