Become a key player in managing operations as a Fast Food Service Manager in Saint-Jérôme, Quebec. Focus on customer satisfaction and efficient service during split shifts.
Two positions are available for Restaurant and Food Service Managers at our fast-food restaurant on John F. Kennedy. As a full-time manager, you'll oversee service, facilitate staff hiring and training, and ensure health standards. Your role will also consist of monitoring inventory and addressing customer satisfaction issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage service operations during shifts
• Train and hire restaurant staff
• Oversee schedules and staff performance
• Evaluate pricing structures and service methods
• Address and resolve customer complaints
Requirements:
• Fluent in French or English
• Completion of high school diploma ideal
• Minimum one year in fast food service
• Two years in food service with supervisory experience
• Flexible working hours are required
