Lead ServiceNow product direction for AskHR in Toronto, using roadmap planning and stakeholder collaboration to improve HR support.
As Product Owner I, you will guide AskHR, TD’s ServiceNow-based HR help desk application. You will shape product strategy, manage priorities, and connect business insight with platform capability. The work includes Agile delivery, AI exploration, and colleague experience improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead AskHR product planning and prioritization
Develop and manage the product roadmap
Maintain and continuously reprioritize the product backlog
Oversee user story completion against agreed criteria
Measure impact and evolve product direction
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree or product certificate
Seven or more years of relevant experience
Three or more years of Product Owner or Agile delivery experience
ServiceNow experience, ideally with HR Service Delivery
Strong stakeholder collaboration and technical translation skills
