Be a key player in NextStar Energy's operations as a Millwright in Windsor, Ontario. Ensure efficient equipment performance at Canada’s first large-scale lithium-ion battery production facility.
As a Millwright with NextStar Energy, you will execute a variety of maintenance tasks to guarantee the facility operates smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting mechanical issues, performing repairs on vital machinery, and executing preventive maintenance to minimize production loss. Key Responsibilities:
• Repair and maintain mechanical equipment effectively
• Identify and report maintenance risks on machinery
• Use building automation to diagnose system issues
• Carry out preventive maintenance and PdM tasks
• Uphold safety standards and procedures in every task
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years maintenance experience required
• Industrial Mechanic Millwright trade certificate (433A)
• Clean G Driver's License and legal work authorization in Canada
• Availability for plant shutdowns and overtime as needed
• Proficient with computerized maintenance systems
