Maintenance Coordinator Mining Operations
Agnico Eagle Mines Limited
Drive daily maintenance coordination through KPI tracking, variance analysis, and logistics planning at Agnico Eagle’s Meliadine operation. The schedule is 14 days working and 14 days for transportation and rest.
As Maintenance Coordinator, you will report to the General Supervisor, Maintenance, and coordinate with mine operations and stakeholders. Your work will support accurate data, effective handovers, interdepartmental reviews, and timely actions. Knowledge of J.D. Edwards ERP is an asset, alongside strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Validate priorities with stakeholders during daily meetings
Anticipate equipment mobilization and coordination between sites
Maintain accurate variance explanations and review processes
Identify mitigation actions for daily KPI variances
Collaborate or elevate issues when required
Requirements:
Ten years as a mobile maintenance supervisor, planner, or similar
Strong decision making and priority management aptitude
Experience working in multicultural environments
Cultural awareness of work in the Canadian Arctic
Knowledge of J.D. Edwards ERP is an asset
Coordinate mining maintenance data, logistics, and stakeholder priorities while supporting Agnico Eagle’s operational goals at Meliadine.
