• Document and facilitate performance management processes

Requirements:
• Relevant HR designation (CHRP/CHRL) considered an asset
• 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on ER
• Expertise in managing complex employee-related issues
• Strong knowledge of Canadian legislation regarding employment
• Excellent influencing and critical thinking skills
