Electronic Arts seeks a Game UI Experience Designer with strong visual craft and game systems understanding for EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team.
As Experience Designer II, you will collaborate across disciplines to deliver clear, consistent, and visually compelling player experiences. The role requires ownership from early concept exploration through implementation, while balancing visual quality, usability, and production constraints. You will use modern design tools and established systems to support cohesive game interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with designers, producers, researchers, artists, and engineers
Use the FC Design System across assigned features
Refine design outcomes through feedback and thoughtful presentation
Challenge assumptions and propose creative solutions
Support collaboration and continuous improvement across disciplines
Requirements:
Five or more years in UI, visual, or experience design
Experience shipping one or more games ideally
Knowledge of interaction patterns and information hierarchy
Experience working within established Design Systems
Ability to balance quality, usability, and production constraints
Apply game UI expertise, design judgment, and collaborative execution to create polished EA SPORTS FC player experiences.
