Mining Project Package Coordinator

Manage project packages for NexGen’s Shafts & Headframes scope, coordinating schedules, procurement deliverables, risks, and stakeholder interfaces.
As Package Coordinator, you will support package strategy development and execution across the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities span scope development, requests for proposal, proposal evaluation, award recommendations, contract negotiation, post-award management, and handover to Construction. You will coordinate service-provider interfaces involving Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Safety, Permitting, and Environment. The position reports to the Shafts & Headframes Package Area Lead and supports other packages when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage coordination among key project stakeholders
Drive assigned package strategies through execution
Support engineering schedule integration with project timelines
Work with Procurement on proposal deliverables and process steps
Manage packages through post-award handover preparation
Requirements:
Accountability for executing assigned package plans
Ability to complete required package deliverables
Ability to identify risks and opportunities
Ability to develop appropriate schedule mitigations
Effective collaboration within NexGen’s Integrated Project Team
