This role will allow you to work in a high-impact environment while developing expertise in areas such as neurology, gastroenterology, and trauma. You will receive hands-on training and support as you navigate the complexities of emergency patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and monitor patient progress against care plans
• Provide comprehensive nursing care based on policies and standards
• Lead patient education sessions and group activities
• Assist in discharge planning and advocate for patient rights
• Participate actively in team meetings and quality improvement
Requirements:
• Registration with BCCNM required
• 1–2 years medical/surgical experience desired
• Demonstrated decision-making and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced setting
