White Spot managers operate high-volume restaurants open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, generally with ateam of 50 - 100 . As an Assistant General Manager, you are the General Manager's " right hand," with ahuge opportunity to make adifference.
In addition to day-to-day shift management, Managers are responsible for:
Hiring and training teammembers
Creating apositive, welcoming environment for theirteam
Maintaining the highest standards of service, cleanliness and foodsafety
Demonstrating a " guest first" approachalways
Developing and meeting financialplans
Coordinating in-storepromotions
Promoting their restaurant in the localmarket
Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as arestaurant manager
Passion for service and commitment toquality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of restaurant operational controls and financialstatements
A proven record of training and developing ateam
A thorough understanding of Food Safe and WorkSafe requirements
High energy and awinning attitudeCommitment to continuous learning and improvement
