Strategic Technology Director Digital Transformation

Turn a multi-year digital strategy into technology roadmaps, migrations, and forecasts as a hybrid Director of Information Technology in Sarnia.
This senior leadership role partners with the CIO to prioritize and deliver strategic technology initiatives. You will direct planning, stakeholder engagement, executive reporting, and implementation while preparing team capabilities for future requirements. The organization supports on-premises and Microsoft cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the CIO on digital strategy delivery
Develop technology roadmaps and initiatives
Direct migration planning, engagement, and deployment
Provide structured updates on risks and decisions
Evaluate tools, including AI, for organizational adoption
Requirements:
Prior Director of IT experience or equivalent
Success translating strategy into multi-year roadmaps
Experience directing strategic technology migrations
Executive reporting and stakeholder negotiation experience
Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships
Direct digital transformation through roadmaps, migrations, forecasting, executive communication, and disciplined technology leadership.
