This role requires a strong background in chemical engineering and at least 10 years of professional experience. You’ll guide the team in adhering to Good Engineering Practices while focusing on collaboration and accountability within a high-performing culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic leadership for engineering teams

• Contribute to business strategy as site leadership member
• Establish performance expectations and succession plans
• Implement operational excellence methodologies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of engineering experience, 15+ preferred
• Experience in chemical or pharmaceutical industries
• Proven success managing engineering programs
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
