Senior Consultant in Organizational Design

Shape the future of organizational structures as a Senior Consultant for Organizational Design and Classification Services. This contract role pays between $35–$55+/hour CAD, reflecting your expertise.
In this pivotal role, you will spearhead organizational design efforts, assessing both Executive (EX) and non-Executive classifications. Collaborate with clients, senior leaders, and teams to optimize processes and prepare effective job evaluations. Your contributions will drive efficiency and enhance the operational landscape of federal government staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct complex design and classification projects
• Prepare job classification rationales meeting job evaluation standards
• Conduct evaluations and recommend organizational improvements
• Create standardized job descriptions and learning tools
• Guide clients through organizational design training
Requirements:
• Minimum of five years of experience in organizational design
• Valid Accreditation required for non-EX roles
• Deep understanding of federal organizational structures and standards
• Experience in facilitating classification grievance processes
• Ability to develop clear reports and background documentation
