Nurse Educator for Wound Management

Your expertise in wound care will be vital in mentoring nursing staff and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead educational initiatives for wound and ostomy care
• Facilitate clinical consultations for complex cases
• Collaborate on quality improvement and best practice strategies
• Review and develop clinical policies and educational content
• Conduct mentorship and training sessions for nursing staff
Requirements:
• Active RN registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives
• Two years of recent advanced wound care experience
• Completion of recognized wound care education program
• Ability to lead and inspire others in clinical settings
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
