You will supervise a diverse team of Drivers, Dock Workers, and Administrative personnel while implementing best practices to meet operational goals. Leading safety meetings will be an integral part of your weekly routine.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the performance of dock operations and staff
• Escalate performance or conduct issues to management
• Share and analyze monthly performance data with the team
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational protocols
• Conduct safety meetings to reinforce compliance
Requirements:
• Minimum five years experience in related industries
• Previous leadership experience is a strong asset
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of dock equipment is a plus
• Must be willing to take a hands-on approach
