Senior Sustainment Project Manager
Babcock International Group
Lead complex sustainment projects for Babcock in Ottawa, Halifax, or Victoria, using project governance, financial management, and stakeholder collaboration.
As Senior Manager, you will direct end-to-end delivery, including Victoria Class Submarine modifications and strategic initiatives. The work supports Babcock’s Submarine Enterprise and Marine business. You will coordinate Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Supply Chain, government, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex projects from initiation through delivery
Achieve sustainment project cost and schedule objectives
Establish governance, accountabilities, risk monitoring, and responses
Build consensus across teams and concurrent priorities
Establish Babcock Canada’s Project Management Centre of Excellence
Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Project Management or related field
Current Project Management Professional certification or equivalent
12–15 years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience with budgeting, financial management, and performance control
Eligibility for Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
