As Principal, you will directly report to the Director of Education and oversee all school operations. Your leadership will include hiring, supervising staff, and building partnerships with parents, the Advisory Committees, and Elders. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership to school staff and ensure a positive work culture
• Implement and monitor educational and administrative goals
• Advocate for cultural content inclusion in curriculum
• Supervise classroom teaching and support professional development
• Maintain relationships with community stakeholders
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in education, master's preferred
• 3 to 5 years of teaching and supervisory experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Criminal background check clearance required
• Cultural sensitivity and commitment to student learning
