Assistant General Manager Sales Strategy

Lead sales strategy and commercial growth as Assistant General Manager in Lindsay, Ontario, supporting automotive manufacturing and diversification objectives.
This senior management position oversees sales and customer commercial activities while complying with IATF 16949 requirements. You will guide sales development, quote new work, manage key accounts, and provide market insight. The role also supports company strategy, QOS meetings, and succession planning for the President role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the sales team
Quote new work and land contracts
Resolve commercial disputes with customers
Improve IATF 16949 sales processes
Develop non-automotive sales avenues
Requirements:
Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Minimum eight years of industry sales and engineering experience
At least three years on a senior management team
Experience with large Tier 1 or OEM customers
High-volume manufacturing experience
Bring commercial leadership, customer development, and manufacturing knowledge to grow sales and support future company direction.
