Continuous Improvement Manager Airport Operations

Drive continuous improvement at Toronto Pearson using Lean principles, operational insights, and stakeholder collaboration across airport functions.
As Manager, Operational Modernization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives supporting safer, more resilient, efficient, and cost-effective operations. You will work with Airport Operations, IT, Customer Experience, Commercial, and Airport Development Technical Services. The position combines modernization delivery, business cases, governance, and capability building.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate performance insights into priorities and recommendations
Contribute to business cases and implementation plans
Identify constraints, capacity risks, and service impacts
Coach direct reports and build improvement capability
Promote Lean, innovation, operational excellence, and knowledge sharing
Requirements:
8+ years of progressively responsible relevant experience
Success delivering productivity or continuous improvement initiatives
Knowledge of airport operational functions and capacity planning
Strong written, verbal, presentation, and change communication skills
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
