Key Responsibilities:
• Examine complaints against CPSM registrants rigorously
• Assess relevant jurisdictional and privacy factors
• Communicate findings effectively to registrants and complainants
• Compile Investigator’s Reports for Committee submissions
• Work closely with legal counsel to navigate process complexities
Requirements:
• 8+ years clinical experience as a regulated professional
• Solid experience with medical regulations and standards
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficient in basic digital tools and report writing
• Capable of upholding confidentiality in all communications
