Join Nutritional Services as a part-time Dietary Aide, providing essential food support for patients and cafeteria services. You'll work under the Food Service Supervisor to ensure quality dining experiences.
As part of a quality-driven team, your role includes delivering food effectively and participating in Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives. You'll be crucial in managing dietary needs, and your ability to relate respectfully to patients and staff will enhance the service environment throughout varied shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver meals to patients and assist with cafeteria functions
• Engage in catering and food service tasks as needed
• Support quality assessments and improvements in food services
• Interpret and execute instructions clearly
• Upkeep Food Handling Certification as required
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous food service experience essential
• Familiarity with therapeutic diets preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Flexibility in availability and reliable attendance
