Lead global packaging compliance at DECIEM from Liberty Village, guiding labels, materials, and design across cosmetics, OTCs, supplements, and home care.
As Director, Regulatory Affairs, you will lead packaging compliance across The Ordinary, NIOD, AVESTAN, and other DECIEM brands. Your work spans European Union, United States, and Canadian requirements, including EPR, PPWR, sustainability, and label compliance. You will guide innovation and market readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead global packaging compliance for primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging
Ensure labels meet European Union, United States, and Canadian requirements
Manage updates involving recycling, PCR, PPWR, and materiality regulations
Lead DECIEM’s global Extended Producer Responsibility program
Mentor Packaging Compliance and Packaging Creation teams
Requirements:
10+ years in Regulatory Affairs
Expertise in global packaging regulations across EU, United States, and Canada
Knowledge of packaging materials, label compliance, EPR, and sustainability
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
