The National Portfolio Manager of Lease Administration is responsible for overseeing a large real estate portfolio. You will manage the accuracy of executed lease documents, support IFRS-related data, and maintain audit readiness. Collaboration with departments such as Accounting, Legal, and Real Estate Operations will be essential to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage lease abstraction for new leases and amendments
• Ensure accurate data capture in Lucernex
• Review lease documents for consistency and accuracy
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in lease documentation
• Support internal audit requests and compliance efforts
Requirements:
• 8-10 years in commercial lease administration
• Strong knowledge of lease structures and financial provisions
• Experience with enterprise lease administration systems
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Post-secondary education in Business or related field
